Welcome to Ford PTSA!
Today, PTA's role is more important than ever...
...in connecting parents, teachers and administrators, and supporting critical school needs.
We want every family in our school and in our Ford community to join Ford PTSA because we can do more together than apart. Your support, in the matter of just a few dollars, is crucial to our success in our mission to Back the Future of Every Child.

What has Ford PTSA done to help our Ford community?
Created and supplies the Mustang Outpost - a food and clothes closet to help our Ford families.
Bought picnic tables to give our kids a safe place to be outside during Mustang Hour events
Brought in special speakers and professional from the DFW Area to encourage our children in pursing their dreams
Provided special programs for Red Ribbon Week and other events throughout the school year
Sent Ford students to PTA Rally Day to give them the chance to tell lawmakers what matters most to them.
What has PTSA done to help kids across the nation?
PTA is "the" booster club for every child. With more than 500,000 members.. Texas PTA is the largest child advocacy organization in the state. Texas PTA leaders are currently advocating to eliminate STAAR requirements for the 2020-2021 school year. They also are working hard to eliminate the Digital Divide and secure needed funds for our kids.
National PTA is the conscience of the country for children and youth issues. Through advocacy, as well as family and community education, National PTA has established programs and called for legislation that improves our children’s lives, such as:
Creation of Kindergarten classes
Child labor laws
Public health service
Hot and healthy lunch programs
Juvenile justice system
Mandatory immunization
Arts in Education
School Safety
